Joshua, it was so good to SEE AND HEAR you on the video!! You are always at the top of my healing list (I won’t even call it a prayer list as we are commanded to “heal the sick”, not just pray for them). I can see that you have allowed your illness to work a humble gratitude in you and I commend you for your attitude. Where many would have grown bitter or cynical, you have grown hopeful! While I will continue to stand in faith with you against illness in all its forms, believing our kind God never authors affliction, I will agree with His work in you through this season. I love you. So many love you. You are Loved. Juli
Psalm 103:3
Joshua… I enjoyed that video so much! Thank you for taking the time to do that. I feel my heart beating right along with yours, like we are walking paralell paths. I say Amen to every word you spoke. That is my experience exactly. I’m with Julianne. We’re COMMANDED to heal the sick. God does not change. Even so, Lord Jesus ~ heal these two bodies and redeem this experience. By YOUR stripes.
All my love,
Shawna
Josh, I guess This is a good time to step out from the shadows. Over the years since we first met I have maintained a silent vigilance over your activities since your enlistment to now. Every time I google your name I ask myself, ” what’s he gonna be up to next?” You have always been an activist of good over evil. I watched videos of your speeches, excerpts of your play, to include your writings. But this evening in my normal info searches I found myself once again typing your name. It had been awhile since the last “Josh” google. I was quite surprised to have found this. Like a champ you continue to hold your head high. And as you fight your own battle you remain dedicated to your support of your beliefs and the Iraqi people….I applaud you old friend. Your strong will shall carry you far. And when you have cleared your objective, we will bring back the high five……
P.S. I still have the script you gave me. It will always remain a prized gift. Thank you.
